Si after doing my medium ride to Loitoktok, I encounter this drunk boda boda mzee who was making a right-turn although he was following a matatu on the left (my blind stop) just behind the tail lamp of the hiace.

Exactly behind the toyota hiace pop 😳🤯! i saw a boda boda.

He was making a right turn, (from the left to the right without looking for incoming vehicles) I tried braking, avoiding him but it was too close, I hit his left food peg/ those metals mounted in front of the engine (crush guard bars) breaking my two bones 🦴 on my right leg 🦵 🍗🦴 😭😭😭😭.

I landed/fell on the left side breaking my color bone 🦴 (shoulder)😭😭😭... The matatu driver (uncaptured registration) witnessed everything happen with his passages, stop his vehicle and help secure my gears, (boots, helmet, helmet intercom and ignition keys) and furthermore he was the first voice i heard demanding me not to stand since I was broken, he called the police who arrived in less than 5 minutes because we were just less than 2kms from Loitoktok boarded police station. I was taken to the hospital by a good samaritan on his land crusier pick up on his rear carrier while the boda boda guy was brought in the hospital by the police land cruiser with minor injuries on the head.

Police came on site only to discover the mzee was drunk ("mzee umelewa na unaedesha piki piki") the only voice I recall before the police asking for my names, both the bikes were towed to Loitoktok police station, got a good first AID at Loitoktok district hospital (with no painkillers administration,😒🤯 the most painful part of my life) because of the fractures, i was referred to either Makindu hospital after considering all this distance, a friend mr @chwa (a biker also) referred me self to Nairobi 🤣🤣🤣 Ladnan Hospital juja road hospital 🏥 where i had to hire a tax from Loitoktok to Nairobi, initially I wanted to be transferred to AIC Kijabe Hospital but I did know anybody there, did know the process of admissions, did know if there is deposit need neither wasn't sure if I could make it in this state in a taxi's.

Thanks much to PBAK Mr Chairman for making sure i get every medical and contacting the next of kin and furthermore connecting me to Chwa.
Thanks to Mr Mhesimiwa Chwa for making sure am admitted here in hospital, contacting them and sharing ambulance contacts through there were slow to respond.
Thanks to Nomads bikes for making sure am admitted to the last step here in hospital
To the tax driver, the biker from Loitoktok, my boss and all those who called but someone else picked my phone.
The Lord Always Guard and Protect you.

Meanwhile, let's ride safe..... (typing from a hospital bed ) The famous KPT200cc is already on sale since I can't ride again for now and for the next 16months plus, it's a painful decision to the point I might have to recall the bike from the present owner then depending on our agreement since I would imagine living with this KMEV kpt bike just got a broken LH side mirror and bent handle bar...(250,000ksh as it it or 260,000ksh with new side mirror (700ksh and handle bars(4,000ksh) handle ya boxer 100cc)

So 27.06.2023 tomorrow I am dated for two operation right leg and left hand. NHIF approved one operation (170,000ksh) as per their rules and am required to pay for the second operation (130,000ksh)

NHIF approved for one operation and all other charges except the second operation. So I was trying to figure around since the operation cost is too high for me as per now what the hospital can waiver but in the meantime, I am almost cashless.
